We've made it incredibly easy for you to add, update, deactivate, and reactivate members of your team. This functionality is available to any administrator for the Agency.

To start, from the InsurGrid Dashboard open the menu at the top right, and click "Settings".

From here, click "Team", and you'll see a list of the members of your team. To add a team member, select, 'Add member'. From there the customer will insert the first name, last name, email address, and phone number of the agent the customer wishes to add. From here select 'Add' and an InsurGrid activation email will be sent to the agent's email with instructions on how to set up their account. Added agents will have access to their own InsurGrid Agent Dashboard, InsurGrid Link, QR code, and Get Dec Pages email feature. By clicking edit, you can update the first name, last name, email, phone number, profile picture, InsurGrid Link URL, and toggle the team member to be an administrator.

InsurGrid Link

The InsurGrid Link is prefixed with the original customer's agency link set by the InsurGrid team. That way everyone's InsurGrid Link will be consistent. If customers wish to change this prefix for any reason, please reach out to support@insurgrid.com or chat with us using the help icon on the bottom right of the screen.

The provided link must be unique within the customer's agency. As well, the agent-customized InsurGrid Link can contain only letters/numbers/dashes, and start and end with a letter or number.

Administrators

Team members that are admins are able to manage other user's settings. This includes adding, editing, deactivating, and reactivating members of your team.

Deactivating / Reactivating Agents

An agent that has been deactivated will no longer be able to log into InsurGrid, and none of their data will be deleted. Their account can be reactivated at anytime.
