Certain carriers require us verify the client's account. The following carriers sometimes require account verification:

  • State Farm

  • Farmers

  • USAA

  • Hanover

  • Allstate (sometimes)

  • Geico (sometimes)

  • Nationwide (sometimes)

When we have to verify the client's account, here's what you should expect:

  • Client connects an account that requires verification

  • Our system will initiate 6-digit code from the carrier

  • Our system will send a text to the client asking for the 6-digit code

Example Text:

This is a system notification from AGENCY's InsurGrid Link. CARRIER requires extra verification and a verification code from CARRIER was sent to (***) ***-0000. Can you please send us the code to verify your account for AGENCY?

  • Client provides 6-digit code from carrier and their account is verified with carrier

  • Client declaration pages are securely and automatically shared to your agent dashboard

This process will soon be automated for the client making it even easier for them to share their information from those carriers that require account verification.
