You can now add a repeatable Drivers section to any custom intake form in just one click no more building driver fields by hand.
What This Feature Does
Each driver is captured as their own card, with fields for name, date of birth, license number, and state. You can add as many driver cards as needed, and each one stays neatly organized and separate from the others.
How to Add the Drivers Section
Open the custom intake form you want to update.
Click the option to add a Drivers section.
If your form already has individual driver fields, you'll be prompted to replace them with the new section. This keeps you from collecting the same driver info twice.
Confirm, and the section is instantly added to your form, ready to use.
Improved Dropdown Menus
Long option lists like the full list of US states now collapse into a compact, searchable dropdown. Instead of scrolling, users can simply type a few letters to find and select the right option in one click.
