Managing client data across multiple platforms is a pain most agents know too well. You collect information in one place, then spend time manually moving it into your CRM just to keep your pipeline updated. It’s repetitive, error‑prone, and takes time away from working with clients.
That’s why we built the InsurGrid and AgencyZoom integration. Once connected, client data and insurance opportunities sync directly into your AgencyZoom sales pipeline as soon as they come in — no manual importing, no duplicate entry, and no extra steps.
How to set it up
From your InsurGrid dashboard, click your profile icon in the top right and open Settings → Integrations. Find AgencyZoom in the Available Integrations list and toggle it on. A login box will appear — enter your AgencyZoom username and password and click Connect. Once the confirmation appears, the integration is ready to configure.
Configure lead routing
Before data starts flowing, set three preferences:
Default Pipeline – where new client records will be created
Default Stage – the stage the lead will appear in (for example, Contacted)
Default Employee – the team member the lead will be assigned to
Save your preferences and the setup is complete.
How the sync works
The integration currently works for personal lines. When a client submits their auto or homeowners policy information through InsurGrid, the data is pushed to AgencyZoom automatically in the background.
Verifying the data
In AgencyZoom, open your Pipeline and make sure you’re viewing the correct pipeline. You’ll see the client card in the stage you selected and assigned to the right team member. Opening the card and going to the Opportunities tab shows the insurance lines pulled directly from InsurGrid, such as Auto, Home, and Umbrella.
Why this matters
Every minute spent on manual data entry is a minute not spent building relationships or closing deals. With InsurGrid and AgencyZoom working together, your pipeline updates itself the moment a personal lines client comes in, so your team can follow up faster.
